Yes!!!! I think we tend to forget about Smashwords but it was the original vehicle that allowed authors to independently publish. I was one of the early adopters! I once had a reader who was visually impaired tell me that Smashwords was the best platform for downloading books. I have been a bit neglectful in more recent years but I believe my indie books are now all on Smashwords.
