Interesting you mention the sliding doors moment. I recently sat down and did a life journey path to see all the sliding doors and farewell any that had lingering emotions attached. Both the doors I chose and those that happened without my choosing.
I think many of what we think are huge life decisions are actually not decisions at all... there was only one way to go! Although as I reflect, the biggest decision I made in my life was absolutely pivotal and dictated everything that is good in my life :-)

It is interesting to consider alternative paths our lives may have taken. If my father had not died when he did I may have had regular trips to visit them where they were moving to in Ocean Grove. That did not happen.
